Even if the sky is falling down

So far, today has been a great day. My mum and I went to Borders and bought this book called 'Middlesex'. It was my mum who wanted to go to Borders. HEE
After Borders, we went to have the best tasting pasta. We also had heavenly garlic bread and mushroom soup. Gawd.

I want to watch movies. Not like in a cinema but I want to get DVDs and watch 'em at home.

Choir tomorrow. I cannot wait!

Random: On certain days, I wait for the time to read 11.11 A.M and then I make a wish. Today I did that and I wished for 3I/3H.

Inside the snow globe on my father's desk, there was a penguin wearing a read-and-white-striped scarf. When I was little my father would pull me into his lap and reach for the snow globe. He would turn it over, letting all the snow collect on top, then quickly invert it. The two of us watched the snow fall gently around the penguin. The penguin was alone in there, I thought, and I worried for him. When I told my father this, he said, "Don't worry, Susie; he has a nice life. He's trapped in a perfect world."
